We just returned from a trip to Death Valley, Ca. (USA), exploring ghost railroads, townsites and gold mines. Interesting stuff. I live in Rothwell, a mining to...Great post, Greg.<br /><br />I live in Rothwell, a mining town just outside Leeds. There were five pits established in and around the town during the 19th century.
